Through the ombudsman channel, anyone can complain, denounce, praise, suggest and ask for information. The Ombudsman is available to receive your comments, forwarding them to the Integrity committee and monitoring them until a final answer. All manifestations will be treated in order to guarantee the anonymity of the demonstrator's identity, in order to preserve his moral integrity and minimize the damages caused as a result of the situation. To this end, it is expected that all reports are based on responsibility and the veracity of the facts.

CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

Aiming at preventing, detecting and remedying misconduct practiced inside and / or outside the company, Global Logística Personalized , by its employees, third parties, managers and representatives, as well as seeking measures to improve its processes, preventing and mitigating risks, fostering business and protecting the company against illegal or harmful actions to its image, the Integrity Program (Compliance Program) was implemented in the company. The Compliance Program is based on pillars provided for in federal and municipal legislation, and its maintenance and coordination is under the responsibility of the Integrity Sector, which will guarantee the existence and application of the Program, the promotion of ethics and integrity in business, adding value to them, always in favor of an ethical, transparent and responsible performance.
